David Yuhas has approximately eight years of legal experience handling family law, probate, civil and real estate matters. Mr. Yuhas has an undergraduate degree in Finance from DePaul University, School of Business in Chicago, Illinois.
A graduate of Seton Hall School of Law in 1999, he was admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey that same year. Mr. Yuhas clerked for one year with the family court in Burlington County, New Jersey, working with five different judges handling family law matters. In private practice in New Jersey, Mr. Yuhas worked at a small, but distinguished firm, for three years, handling mostly probate, real estate, corporate and family law matters.
Upon moving to Arizona in 2002, Mr. Yuhas clerked with several law firms in the Phoenix area working on family law, civil and trust matters until he obtained his license. Upon admittance to the bar in Arizona in 2003, he obtained employment with several local firms handling almost exclusively family law matters. Admitted to practice in Arizona, currently at NRG Mr. Yuhas handles family law matters exclusively, focusing on divorce and paternity, cases.
